Today, we did this...

white, bone, lace,
modern, vintage, sash,
jewels, pearls and satin

so many choices, styles and looks

we shopped many shades of white
from bright
to ivory
to champagne

amber found herself leaning toward the more vintage styles......

and.....

we left the store with a dress!

(not this one)

oh,
it is beautiful!

a bit different than every other girls dress (we hope)
and we are sooo excited!

the dress we chose???
not shown....

it will be a surprise,
of course.

When you look like Amber, she makes the dresses all look beautiful.
Hey, she mentioned cowboy boots.
Does her dress have a 'pettycoat'??
Yee-haw!!

Amber looked great in all the dresses--she's going to make a beautiful bride maybe --just maybe since we can't be at the wedding you let us in on a little sneak peek! I can keep a secret!

Amber,
What a beautiful bride you are. From young woman of mine to bride. The circle of life continues and it is amazingly exciting. P.S.
Just want you to know I LOVE MARRIAGE. Enjoy this time with your mom.

Good times! I had a more traumatic experience at the bridal shop and maybe one day I'll be brave enough to blog about it. ;o)

Just look at our beautiful grand daughter. Do doubt Mom enjoys every minute spent with Amber as she helps her have the wedding of her dreams. This is a special time together for daughter and mother. You will remember this time 58 years or more from now.

I'm coming to see it as soon as I can! But I promise I won't get pictures. Your secret is safe with me. :)
