i look forward to watching bay's girls basketball team play every saturday afternoon.
(check out the ponytail, the girl has got some hair on that head, i tell ya)
she's been playing with this team for about 3 years now. they had a rough first season, but for the last two years have played undefeated in the jr. jazz league.
in the super league they had a more difficult time gaining wins. it seems like there should be an intermediate league but there isn't, i'm not sure why.
oh well, in the meantime they sure have a lot of fun winning while playing jr. jazz.

she's got some rockin' team mates. all great girls who are very competitive on the court and who show great sportsmanship and are just nice people with super families that we've grown to love.
coach, there in the corner, directing baylee or somebody on the team, i'm not really sure which--has been super! the girls love and respect him and he's devoted a lot of time and effort in their behalf, helping them a ton.
i love being entertained by my kids.
can't think of anywhere else i'd rather be.

ReplyDeleteNope. Big Daddy and I both went to Mesa High School, home of the Jackrabbits! That Bball game was played at Eastmont Middle school where my Krista has many fond memories....(not really)
ReplyDeleteYou know how much I love seeing this. There is something extra special about having a great group of girls and supportive family members when you play sports. Memories Bay will always keep with her.

It is truly so much fun watching our kids participate in sports...or Whatever and wherever their talents and interests take them.

ReplyDeleteThere is no better entertainment than watching our grandchildren play sports, sing, perform in plays, etc. They are my "Stars" I wish I was there to see and cheer Baylee at this time.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots; especially the jump shots. We spend every Saturday watching our kid play basketball too. We love it! It's so fun to build relationships with the families of the kids.
