after watching the prize winner of defiance ohio,
amber decided she'd like to try her luck at a few contests of her own.
so she started out with a bang, entering a local promotion sponsored by subway, and morris murdock travel.
it
was a little contest where the participants were to submit a video of themselves singing while holding up a card blocking their faces from the camera. they could pick any known song of their choice with the winner of
the contest scoring a trip for two on a 7 day mexican rivera cruise, including air fair and a $500 gift certificate to
subway!
and do you know what???
she won!
oh, yes she did.
a big shout out to all my facebook friends, family members and fellow church members for voting! (get with amber and i'm sure she'll buy you a sandwich of your choice for your efforts ;)

that is our awesome friend john, adding a little flair to her number, on the drums.
next stop...our krista on the price is right, later this month!

DeleteThanks for the shout out mom! Good luck Krista. I heard that they ask you a few questions before the show. Tell them something crazy about yourself, like you freak out if someone steals your boiled eggs. Not that that is true of course, but, you know...just a suggestion. ;)
